Diane von Furstenberg Spring/Summer 2007 New York Fashion Week, Couture in the City Fashion Blog
Diane von Furstenberg epitomises spring in her s/s collection entitled 'All About Eve'. In true DvF fashion, she opened the show in a traditional wrap dress but surprised audiences with the explosive use of colors (hot pink, black, and yellow) and python snake print. On show, there were printed shift dresses in all colors fthe rainbow, solid colored long tunics over printed leggings, tight strapless dresses, tulip cut shorts paired with loose fititng tops, and the list goes on. There's something here for everyone whether or not you prefer the ladybird and leaf prints or solid colored dresses.
This is easily one of my most favorite DvF collections of recent years as she explored different shapes and structures outside the traditional evening dress and signature wrap. There's not a single piece I wouldn't wear.
