Leading ladies are getting taller, and the men in their lives are getting shorter...hence, the Spring revival of flats! Still going strong, flats have made a huge impact in the fashion world, and not just with celebrities. While heels are always going to be far more glamorous, lets face it...flats are way more comfortable. And, if you pick the right pair (we're not talking canvas Keds here) they can look just as glam and fabulous.
Our favorite styles for the spring are the peep-toe variety...kind of like a classier take on sandals. You can still show off your pedicure, without the embarrasment of flip flops. If you still feel like you need the heighth that heels provide, try some equally cute peep toe wedges. Unlike heels, they provide a little more support and all the style.
My biggest flat faux pas? Moccassins. I was over them before they began, and lets just talk about the colors and designs. Sequined teal mocassins? I don't think so. How do you feel about flats? Classy or sloppy?
