We've posted about leggings before, but shouldn't this trend be dead in the water by now? These spandex nightmares are a disservice to womens legs everywhere. Actresses and socialites worldwide are ruining perfectly good shoes, bags and dresses with these things and I can't stand it anymore!
I mean, c'mon guys, it's practially summer...can't you at least wear white leggings?
I honestly can't decide what I hate more...seeing them poking out from underneath a pretty dress or paired with a sloppy shirt and shorts, a la Miss. Watts. What function do they serve?
Have you dared to wear them and actually like them? Did you buy some and try them out under a summer frock, only to feel like you just left a spinning class and forgot to change your bottoms? I've only seen them look cute under a pair of ripped up capri's. but even then, I was skeptical.
Should leggings be banned and used for sweating-only purposes, or are they sadly here to stay?
