The look that I never thought would makes its way back into fashion has obviously arrived...the vest is hotter than ever and is appearing on everyone this summer. I remember back in the early to mid 90's when one Brenda Walsh made vests (and menswear in general) totally stylish. I had about three or four vests that I wore to school all the time...I was so awesome.
The major difference with these big girl vests is that you can wear them in really sexy ways...think of it as the new and more demure corset. Also unlike the vests of the past, its more about the cut than the really pretty silk floral design on the bodice. For the bold (and tan!) make like Kate Hudson and wear yours a la cart with a sexy pair of low rise jeans.
